This product was exactly as described and arrived in perfect condition. Looks brand new including the box and all accompanying papers. I had to charge the battery but other than that it's a great camera. I'm still learning how to use it before I go on vacation but I really feel this camera is perfect for my trip. This camera is nice and compact, but I can see the LCD screen very well and am visually impaired. . Many Thanks
