Review on Dorman 621 195 Radiator Fan Assembly by Shane Miller

Excellent return process via Kohls, but return and replacement shipping MUST match original fast shipping. After 8 days, the replacement fan has not even been shipped. It is not possible to get help to speed up or report this fan. I had to re-order a new fan at a higher price and now have to work with the original fan credit as the replacement never arrived and I had to cancel it. BETTER return for credit and BACK-ORDER at Revain. The exchange process is frustratingly HORRIBLE. The auto shop confirmed the fan was not working so I know it was defective when it arrived.
