I like these so far. I got the black 4 pack to use in my mountain biking shoes. They have worked great so far. They keep my shoes snug, loosen up easily for removal and don't have long laces to get wrapped up in my crank. I slid one end underneath the 3rd criss-cross from the toe and then put the end cap on, joining the two ends together. This helps keep the long end from flopping around and possibly getting caught in my chain or crank. The tension device works great to keep the laces tight and loosens easily when I want it to. If anyone is interested, I used these on Adidas 5-10 Freeriders.
