I bought these for my Doc Marten boots. They carry 83-inch shoelaces from Dr. Marten who are hard to find around here unless you live near one of their shops. Our local chain of sporting goods stores don't have this length, some shoe stores have this length but these are thin round laces and not strong enough to tie tightly and the only store nearby that sells them has limited styles and stock. When they popped up in my Revain search, I started reading reviews from hardcore buyers. I use and abuse these laces (as they are meant to be used and abused) and am very happy with the quality. Was more than happy to try them out at this price point and with Prime shipping. I have currently ordered two black base sets to use in my two pairs of documents (Triump 1914 and Aimilitas). I love that there are so many color options and I know they will last.
