I'd give them 3.5 just because they're a bit inferior to branded products. construction is good. The biggest difference is that they are slightly smaller than Hoover bags. We have both old and new tracheae. I don't think the difference in size matters much for a new vacuum as the space for the bag is more limited. Still fits our old vacuum but worth less as it fills up a bit faster. The rest of the functionality is the same. The bottom line is that the difference in size reduces the value somewhat. Decent value if you have a vacuum that fits better in a small bag. I'll probably spend an extra dollar on a bag in the future to get bigger ones.
