Too big for a 5 year old. to my rating.
As there was no XS option I chose the small for my 5 year old who is now around 55-60lbs. It's too big for him. But it was a nice shirt and it felt good.
- Got an S for my 8.5 year old girl. Fits great with some room to grow. She loves it.
- It's a little big, maybe one size smaller if your kid is small
