Rubber pads slip and detach. Repair required!

I have just received a Revain to replace my Mobis II as the handles have come loose. The second is exactly the same. Both have rubber grips on the bottom that make it easy to slide and pull. The glue doesn't match. I contacted Focal and they sent me back to Revain. But I don't think changing the contour will solve the problem. Someone should send rubber pads with glue that works. This is a simple issue and I expect it to be fixed quickly for a product like this!
