Review on 6 Pair 14 Inch Soft Close Drawer Slides - LONTAN 4502S3-14 Full Extension 100 LB Heavy Duty Bottom Mount Runners by Rance Riley

These drawer slides operate nicely in terms of the softness of the close, but they do not catch until the very last inch. This is very disappointing. I cannot find anyone with information on whether they should work from a moderate push, because the name Lontan was sold to a fishing line business many years ago. I just called there and the owner has no knowledge about the workings of the drawer slides. I asked my installers but the instructions have no information about adjusting. On the plus side, they are listed as handling up to 100 lb, and while I don't think my large drawers filled with pots and pans are that heavy, they seem to be handling the weight, perhaps 60-80 lb, very well. They have only been installed about 2 weeks, so I can't say anything about longevity. If anyone knows how these work and can give me information, even just to tell me that the last inch is all I can expect, I would appreciate that.
