Useless Diagnostic Tool for Automotive Work

This product is a waste of money and time. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I found that this interface diagnostic does not live up to its claim. It's difficult to navigate, sometimes causing more problems than it solves. It crashes frequently leaving me with missed diagnostic opportunities..
