That's why I'm giving this product a 3 for a number of reasons. I first ordered this in September and it was delayed and delayed and delayed until I finally canceled it. I ended up reordering hoping it would get here more in time and it worked the second time around, much better but still disappointed with the delivery. I took off another star because the product arrived dented. It came in a plastic sleeve that looked like it had been cut, but luckily the packaging itself didn't look damaged. However, if you turn it upside down, it looks blotchy. I hope I can get what it is on the outside and I think I'm thankful that whatever it is is on the outside. In general, still somehow not by itself. I'm taking a day trip to Sedona next weekend so I'll use it then and come back and update. True, these are only first impressions, and now they are not the best.
