I did a lot of research before my first bikepacking trip and not wanting to hit the jackpot I bought these. Three short trips and I was not disappointed at all. Packing the bag and attaching it to your bike takes a bit of practice, but once you get the hang of it you'll find it's secure enough and fairly easy to put on and take off. It's perfect for storing my tent (without poles) and my sleeping bag. It's a bit like a sausage wrap, but it works well. After a few days in the rain I can say that it is definitely waterproof. The small bag that comes with it is also very useful. I use it for my wallet, phone and small snacks. This is ideal for small items that you may need during a stopover. In the end it's really great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into bikepacking.
