Ok, where to start? This meat thermometer is great! I tested with ice water and boiling water and it was right where it should be. Used it for a perfect medium steak and it was incredibly accurate. This thermometer actually matched the readings of two expensive meat thermometers from different brands. The probes are good and strong, not thin and weak like others. From a technical point of view, the app was easy to use on my Android phone. This is great value for money and I will be using this MEST thermometer in the future. I must add that the screen is easy to read!
