Very powerful integration capabilities with almost no learning curve
You can integrate with almost any software tool out there without writing custom code or using 3rd party libraries! The UI could use some work but it's not terrible either - very intuitive for non-technical users as well!! There are several connectors that we have yet haven't been able connect via their API documentation so far :( Hoping they'll add more over time.. We're solving integration challenges in our healthcare organization by being connected through various systems such an Epic & MEDITECH which makes patient health records accessible everywhere at once instead of having multiple copies floating around different offices/hospitals.
