I liked how SRGs approach was very different from other companies in this space; they are not just another "sales" boot camp or program but rather provide actual learning tools for their clients as well! The staff at SRL were great - always available when needed via email/phone call etc., which made working with them much easier than if it had been more of 'just business'.
Also loved having someone who knew what we wanted out there helping us build our product offering so effectively!! We have seen some improvements since implementing these changes into both new hires AND existing team members within my organization over time. As mentioned above though -- nothing too earth shattering here yet although looking forward towards future enhancements / updates will be exciting :) Definitely give yourself enough leadtime before making any final decisions about implementation process & value proposition you want your org's employees exposed to through such offerings! Have already recommended several people internally.
