I was hesitant to use my Vitamix as a food processor because of the awkwardness of getting all the food out from under the blade. I'm so glad I stumbled across this little spatula! He takes everything out there and cleans the pitcher - I hate losing anything. There's definitely a learning curve I haven't mastered yet as it gets stuck under the blade all the time, but the spatula gets narrower so I just need to find the best technique for me. I will definitely be using my Vitamix more as a food processor than just a blender!
