Review on 🍾 Breville Bambino Plus Espresso Machine: The Finest in Royal Champagne by Demetrius Holt

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good machine is best combined with an espresso machine and a coffee maker.

After years of use, I was looking to upgrade my classic device because I wanted something better and easier to use for my wife. The Classic is a reliable car, but it's old school. You have to get the hang of it, and even then it's difficult to get perfect shots. You have to make sure everything is perfect. Luckily, while looking for more expensive Italian espresso machines, I came across the Breville Bambino and was intrigued by many of its features. Small and compact? perfect . 3 seconds startup time? Amazing compared to Gaggia's 10 minute warm up time. PID and temperature control? An excellent and worthy milk frother. Wow, it's amazing that they were able to fit all of these features into a small car. I bought it immediately without waiting for reviews. It uses an airtight basket, but the shots taste just as good as Marzocco, which my favorite shop makes at the touch of a button. Very constant quality, unlike the classic Gaggia, which requires a lot of practice to master. Use good quality coffee from a good coffee grinder. If you don't have a quality coffee grinder, DO NOT buy this machine as it's not worth it. Get Barista Express. The only negative I see is that the sauce cup is too thin. It doesn't absorb much water and may spill when removed from the machine. But overall the silver case is very shiny, beautiful and easy to clean, unlike my old dull stainless steel gaggia. And since it's new and a Breville product, reliability is a big question mark.
