I like the concept but this way of pressing tofu is too labor intensive for me. I wish I had returned it in the Revain window. I didn't receive a storage bag or a "gift" so it's not like I'm staring a gift horse in the mouth with my comments. It's pretty easy to put together and their e-book and website give very clear instructions. . I have all the hardware, although I'll probably end up at Low looking for replacements for the tiny spacers, also known as washers, that are part of the build. A tip: keep all the pieces in a bag as they can get lost very easily. After setting it up, I kept tossing and turning and still couldn't get it to snuggle up tight. I reassembled the parts properly and tightened them using the tools provided, but they continued to loosen. Then I had to unscrew the top part and turn the second block of tofu again as I needed two compressed blocks. Then it all had to be unscrewed, cleaned and put away until the next unpleasant moment. OK, I hate this case. You may love it but I hate it.
