We use Ivor's system to run our daily reports, which are used by all departments within my organization. The ease at which we can create custom fields (which has been impossible with other systems) really helps streamline reporting processes from multiple offices around the world. They're very responsive when it comes time to implement enhancements/fixes after issues have already been identified. When there was an issue that could not be resolved during implementation they were quick to respond. There isn't anything I dislike about their product or service - everything seems pretty seamless! One thing that would help improve customer experience is if you had access via web browser instead of having to go through an application portal like most companies do now days. This allows employees who aren’t technically savvy users but need information easy accessibility without being required to download additional programs onto your computer.
