I replaced the stock head unit on a Ford e350 '12 van. The new head unit supports 2 USB ports, one of which is Android Auto/Apple Carplay. An extension is required to use ports. The dash is huge (it has 3 lighters) with enough room to drill a hole and snap it in. I had to replace the clips holding it in place because the dashboard plastic was too thick. It fits, a little crooked, but that's my bad (first) handwork. I love this thing, it makes it easy to add USB ports to the dashboard.
