Disappointed in Bona. I have travertine floors that are very difficult to maintain. To protect them without having to have them polished professionally every few years, I top them with a clear coat. I clean thoroughly to ensure floors are 100% prepared. I vacuumed the floors, cleaned with a Bona spray and a microfiber electric rotary mop. Then I used the Boom steam cleaner again. Finally, I vacuumed again to make sure whatever came free from the mopping was collected. I used a new microfiber applicator and started applying as directed. I didn't scrub with a mop or apply too thinly. Nothing but stripes. I again waited 24 hours hoping the second coat would help. He still has stripes. When the light shines in from outside, it looks terrible. This product is not worthy of "Bon". If you want to give it a try, I strongly recommend making a small test patch.
