I bought this less than two years ago, the circuit board it came with failed and now I can't get the manufacturer to fix it under warranty. After sending emails with no response, three phone calls during which I stayed on the line for more than an hour, each time waiting for an opportunity to speak to someone. Just to say to wait for an email with a shipping label and the email never came so I call back a week later and wait an hour on hold. I've been trying to solve this problem for a month. Also, their online application forms and product registration pages don't work, they give an error and say try again later. What a pretense from a company that promises a 2 year warranty on all their products and then makes it impossible to make a claim.
