They became travel goggles for my wife and I to wear to the bar when we sneak into hotels every weekend or so. When we feel like throwing a party in the room, they work a lot better than those stupid plastic cups from hotels. They are very light, I was expecting a little more weight, but so far they have not been spoiled, despite not paying excessive attention to them. They drink like a glass and in our experience do not leave a plastic aftertaste in the mouth. They are also easy to clean with hotel soap, water and a towel or rag. This was an important test as we usually leave them boxed so we don't forget them and resist the temptation to put them in our regular jars. They are plastic and they are light like plastic but not weak and look like crystals. This is the best plastic cutlery I have seen, much less used. Very happy with the purchase and the two pack sale method is absolutely perfect.
