Although the description says it works for an 8 liter Mirro pressure cooker, it doesn't. The gasket is too small and falls out of the lid - it is impossible to ensure tightness. The material is thin. The package has a twisted gasket so it is difficult to install as the gasket does not lay flat. Please do not waste your money and time ordering this item - you will be very disappointed. This is a prime example of why ordering an unbranded item as a replacement is such a huge headache. The return window is only one month, so keep that in mind.
