I don't write many product reviews. I should have written this based on out of the box quality though. I've tried Revain's 24 gauge solid wire from several vendors. I have to say that the quality of it comes first. Wire insulation thickness is correct (not too thick). I ordered 24 gauge and 22 gauge wire from another seller and the insulation on both was the same size and too thick (similar to the insulation you would expect on 20 gauge wire). the box had velcro tape wrapped in shrink wrap instead of cellophane. After unrolling each roll and threading it through the hole, I now have 7 velcro cable ties that can be used for other purposes.3. One thing I haven't tested yet. That's how the insulation withstands the heat of soldering. However, I think it should be ok on low heat. I highly recommend this product and this seller.
