The team is incredibly responsive and has been helping us with our sales and support issues since we implemented the software. I wish they could make it possible to use for more of our clients, but so far all the ones we've used are very pleased with how well it integrates into their sales processes and customer data. We're solving an issue many companies have - how to get better pricing intelligence across their portfolio. The fact that they help us do this without additional development or ongoing costs (and without a vendor) is also really valuable. What I like best is that you can customize your own rules, and what I dislike the most is that it doesn't recognize some of my products. It's an excellent tool for optimizing product prices. So far there are no complaints from us. We've realized significant savings by using this tool! The software is easy to use, and is very intuitive. And yes, there are many different functions that you can utilize such as price optimization, price history etc.
