I bought this because I have a large room and needed to cut the ceiling in places I couldn't reach with my last 12-foot A-frame (like our fireplace). The key to using this and not getting paint on the ceiling is to make sure you only touch the pad with the layer of paint, so the paint only stays on the surface of the pad. I actually wiped the paint off the edges to make sure it didn't get on the rollers or the blanket. Just take your time and you will be amazed at how close it is. I have bought this product several times. Also, I don't keep color stocks and for the price I just switch for each project. It s cheap!
