As someone who enjoys being outside, I was thrilled to check out ENLEE, a store that boasts of providing high-quality items for a variety of different types of athletic pursuits. Nevertheless, I feel the need to admit that the interaction I had with this business left me feeling nothing but utterly disheartened. To begin, their product selection is extremely restricted, and there are only a few choices to choose from across all of their categories. In addition, the quality of their products is not remarkable in the least, and many of the items have a low-priced and shoddy feel to them. In addition to that, their customer support is terrible. When I contacted the company's support team with some inquiries that I had regarding a product that I was considering purchasing, I was given a response that was both commonplace and unhelpful. Last but not least, the quality of their shipping and processing is poor. My purchase did not arrive on time and was not in good condition; some items were missing, and others were broken. To summarize, ENLEE is not a brand that I would suggest to anyone seeking for high-quality equipment for the outdoors or athletics. This company falls short of its claims because it offers a limited product assortment, items of poor quality, unhelpful customer service, and subpar shipping and handling.
