It makes perfect size cheesecake in my Instant Pot
I liked everything about this pan. It is the perfect size. I use d it to back cheesecakes in my Instant Pot. I've made 3 so far. It is non stick. I do add a round piece of parchment paper on the bottom before I make the crust and add the batter. When I'm finished I put the pan in the bottom rack of the dishwasher it comes out very clean.
- This item is of high quality. The lock is easy to use and the size is just suitable for a serving.
- The pans are too light to hold proper heat
