Don't lower the level, but it's impossible!

All aspects of a decent level when new are great until you start dropping it more than once, that's a good level. Drop in level due to the fact that the magnets I popped out from the penultimate one probably due to the lack of good glue on them! I believe products today will lack that extra layer of durability because they are made with fewer quality controls!
