The online store of BSYUN is a cemetery for music. The actual shopping experience is a headache, despite the fact that their collection of instruments and equipment appears excellent at first glance. Their customer service is about as helpful as a tone-deaf vocalist, and navigating their website is like trying to find your way out of a maze. And even if you do manage to make a transaction, good luck ever having stuff show up at your home. You might as well buy a donkey to deliver your product because the delivery process is so cumbersome and slow. In general, the internet store run by BSYUN is a place where music goes to die.
