Stopped working on Computers & Accessories

It completely stopped working after about 3/4 weeks! Can't fix bugs, can't do anything! I want a full refund because why would anyone charge a restocking fee for building such a horrible computer? It doesn't even make sense, I don't need a new computer just my money back
