Review on 🚙 Enhanced Suspension System - Rough Country 2.5" Leveling Kit, Fits 2004-2008 Ford F150 Trucks, Durable Molded Spacer by Justin Malkowski

*3 stars until further notice* Just received my Rough Country kit and was a little disappointed when I opened the box. First, the RC decal that comes with the kit was completely crumpled. Like someone purposely crumpled it up and put it in a box. I know it's a small detail but it says a lot about the customer care. There was nothing to fix the goods in the box. The nuts and bolts were not packaged in the bag they should have been (literally just loose nuts/bolts thrown in the box). Although I asked someone to install the kit, I did not receive the instructions that should have been provided. Luckily the product was installed by a professional, but still. The lack of attention to detail and concern for customer orders is clearly visible. And finally, my extensions are uneven and look like they've been used fairly fairly. The surface on both is uneven in diameter which makes me wonder how well a truck would sit or someone has used them before which makes them uneven. They have black soot and dust (similar to the soot you get from brakes) which makes me wonder if they sent me a used set of extension rods when they paid for a brand new one. All in all I'm honestly very disappointed. I'll have my mechanic look at them to confirm if they've been used or not, but whatever. I expected a lot more from Rough Country. I chose them because they really care about quality and their customers. It's sad that my first purchase from them was disappointing and I probably won't be a regular customer now :/ Sorry RC but you all threw the ball on this one.
