This review is for a 5ft x 8ft rug that was shipped quickly and arrived within two days. The rug itself is beautiful and I like the short pile. The rug was wrapped around a cardboard tube, which usually helps prevent so much twisting when unrolling. However, I ended up with a bad crease that started around the cardboard tube. I turned the mat over and placed it between two thick towels. I used a hot iron and lots of steam to smooth out the bad creases. Even after sweating on this carpet for a long time, the creases were still there. When I turned the rug over, the worst crease caused part of the pile to show the crease even more. I placed a piece of wood over this crease and poured a 5 gallon bucket of paint into it, hoping the crease would go away or be greatly minimized. with this carpet.
