I'm glad I found this repair kit!
Instead of buying a new faucet I found this kit to replace my 23 year old Delta faucet - the stem broke on the Delta ball. The rubber rings and springs from the new kit didn't fit (maybe if I worked with them a bit more) so I decided to use old parts that were still in good condition. The parts were easy to install, the new ball is smooth and works well.
