Because I am a foodie who appreciates high-quality ingredients, I couldn't wait to sample something from the Folgers Online Store. My interactions with this business were not positive. The coffee I purchased was old and tasted nothing like the website made it out to be. The coffee was not kept fresh because of the packing. Since I had such great hopes for Folgers' premium blends, my disappointment was profound. There was a serious lack of both coffee quality and customer care. When I reached out to inquire about my order, it took several days to obtain a response. When a response eventually came, it was from a representative who was both uninformed and uninterested in helping me resolve my issues. Overall, I would not suggest Folgers Online Store to anyone seeking for quality gourmet products. I was very dissatisfied with the poor coffee and the unimpressive treatment. I will not be returning to this business in the future.
