It broke down and support told me it would take four weeks to fix or replace. I've already been waiting a week to get it and have set it up perfectly for quite some time. And the support guy got really rude after I asked him if they could do something for me in return and gave me an attitude and was just plain rude. (Ps. the monitor's motherboard was bad so it wouldn't have been a problem if they tested it before shipping. Don't want to sound dramatic, it was just a messy situation and they were very rude trying to fix that Fix problem No more scepters!
