An excellent solution and extremely helpful customer support
No problems as far as I am aware, but if you're looking for a product that will help grow your business, this is it! The team are always available via phone or email should any issues arise so they can provide assistance immediately. You cannot go wrong by choosing this software. It's great for growing businesses such as ours who have many staff members using our website. We do not use all of its features at present - we mainly use the survey tool which allows us to gather data quickly from current clients/customers without their knowledge.
Pros
- Very easy system with minimal training required; no techy stuff involved just simply point clicking..a joy!! A fantastic solution especially where there may be multiple people submitting surveys / forms across various locations worldwide
