This knee pad didn't fit me, so

Back to DonJoy with silicone strap. I tried to love this knee brace. I thought the biggest difference would be that the loops are closed and I don't need a knee brace, unlike DonJoy whose velcro failed after 2 years. This knee brace kept slipping off until I pulled the Velcro straps on my leg so tight that they cut off circulation. Especially if I bent my knee after getting dressed. The kneecap hole is just the wrong shape or in the right place or something and all my attempts to put it on the kneecap seem normal until I bent the knee then it seemed like it would never go back there where it belongs to be. k. As a result, several times an hour I ended up dropping my pants to adjust or pull up the suspenders because they kept falling down, which is very annoying. I think sliding is what frustrates me the most. Shouldn't that be task #1? "Make a knee brace that doesn't slip or roll." Another issue was that I had to either fully straighten and lock my knee before my leg dropped with each step, or bend my knee with each step in order to no pain when wearing. Like I said, I tried to love this knee brace! Eventually this resulted in my knee being larger than when I started, so I'm stopping using it. I am so disappointed.
