I ordered these and was concerned by the reviews that they arrived broken. I had the same problem but only one lid broke. Otherwise I use it every day for my work lunch and the product is really strong. The lid snaps shut to close and it takes some brains to take it off, but if god gave you the lamest brain you can still figure it out. They are dishwasher safe and I'm wondering how they arrived broken as they are neither fragile nor breakable. If something breaks it must have happened during production or packaging because they are quite durable. I've been using them for a few months now with no further problems. Pretty liquid proof too. Worth the money and convenience. When in doubt, don't buy them, remove any broken ones and enjoy the savings they offer over the long term. Would buy again if ever needed.
