Review on TugBiz by Brock Chisholm

I like that it has been easy for me as an administrator of this tool, since we have many different clients in various states (Connecticut-New York). It is very user friendly! The customer service team at tugbiz was also great during my training period when they helped us get up running so fast!! They were extremely patient while helping set things right after getting off track due their initial assistance which took longer than expected because there are some complex features/tools used by them internally - but once those issues had resolved everything came back online quickly. Highly recommend using these services if anyone needs IT support or administration work done remotely via phone call etc from home office; no need go anywhere else except here. ! There's nothing bad about working through remote access either way even though sometimes one might feel disconnected without being able see what others do visually.
