The product is 100% refurbished and available from stock. I didn't have instructions so I capped the wrong tube and the BOV didn't work at first. I checked out someone's youtube and swapped it out after testing it and it's working great now. I also added a zip tie to the vacuum line as there wasn't an extra small zip tie for that if you cut a hose or break a factory tie.
