I ordered two pieces as a birthday present for my niece. One worked fine. The keyboard on the second device did not work. When I opened the board, the solder came loose on several wires. I asked for a replacement but then had to cancel as my 5 year old niece had already used up all the accessory stickers by that time and was unable to return the item and accessory if needed. The failure of the sales function and the unrealistic return requirements after presenting the item to a small child are the reason for my poor rating.
