I like this fan, great suction and noise level is lower than most I've used. The highs are noticeably louder, but that's to be expected. I like the 3 speed but find it a bit annoying because it starts at high speed and you have to go through all the speeds to get down to the low speed which has a lot of suction power so that's what I use most of the time. I also love that it has a sleep timer so you don't have to go back and turn it off when you're eating. Just set the timer and enjoy your family time/meal. The filters are easy to remove, haven't washed them yet but don't expect any problems. The position of the light sources could be better, they are at the very back of the fan and not very bright. I have enough overhead lights, it's not a problem, but for those who don't have enough light, they definitely don't help with cooking. The tab on one of the ventilation flaps broke. I contacted the company and they sent me new ones very quickly with no questions asked. Installing the chimney seemed a bit difficult to our contractor, but he managed it. Overall very happy with this fan and customer service. The big logo is a little flashy, but not meaningful to me. It's covered with a blue protective film that peeled off much easier than I expected. A sharp blade was useful to cut the seams. Make sure you remove everything you can before installing, or at least remove it from places close to the wall.
