I help coach the school's rugby team. Training begins at 6:00 a.m. and ends around 9:00 a.m. Read the reviews on it before you buy and expect it to be a lot bigger than my head but it fits perfectly. It's multi-layered, so it seems heavy, especially when it's cold. Definitely worth buying for the money it's worth. One thing that is a bit misleading in the pictures is that the length of the hat (at least for my big head) goes a little more than the neck. So if you were expecting to hear it under your shirt and not over it - it'll feel a bit uncomfortable (but warm) when clustered around your neck - wish it was longer, but it does the job.
