The ease of use is great! I had been using Excel to track my assets but this makes it super simple and easy to keep up with all our inventory. It's also very affordable as compared to other software that we've used previously (i.e., Sage). There are some minor glitches here or there when you're trying to update an item from one system into another. For example if your account has several items listed under different categories then sometimes they don't transfer over correctly - which could be frustrating at times. We have solved most problems by going back through their support team. They respond quickly so not too much downtime due to technical issues. This solves many problems around keeping track of stock levels and purchasing new supplies/items on time without having multiple spreadsheets open. Also solving accounting discrepancies between departments within our organization. Very happy customer.
