TrackAbout Review

The system is easy to navigate with all of our assets being tracked easily from one screen instead if multiple screens like we had before this upgrade! I wish there was an option where you could send emails directly out through trackabout rather than going into your email account at work or home first then sending it off that way which takes time as well!! Great product overall but would be nice have options within software too such has different colors/fonts etc so less confusion when creating

The ease of use is great! I had been using Excel to track my assets but this makes it super simple and easy to keep up with all our inventory. It's also very affordable as compared to other software that we've used previously (i.e., Sage). There are some minor glitches here or there when you're trying to update an item from one system into another. We have used this software since we started using it about 3 years ago now. It is very easy to use once you get familiar with how everything works from creating an account through getting your first reports printed out or emailed that are customized as needed by our clients. The only thing I don't like so much is having to create my own custom report templates which can be time consuming but not impossible if someone else has created one before me.
