We have used this software since we started using it about 3 years ago now. It is very easy to use once you get familiar with how everything works from creating an account through getting your first reports printed out or emailed that are customized as needed by our clients. The only thing I don't like so much is having to create my own custom report templates which can be time consuming but not impossible if someone else has created one before me. Our customers love being able to track their assets easily without us doing any work at all! They also really appreciate when they receive email updates of what's happening with them. This helps keep everyone informed throughout the year while keeping costs down because there isn't constant overhead involved in running inventory programs such as ours where people come into contact with each other everyday. Also makes sure no mistakes happen during shipping/in transit times etc.
