We received the UCLEAR headphones and my husband put the receiver on the mounting clip before attaching it to the helmet. This was a mistake as it only snagged on three sides (the tab in the middle is pushed out by the receiver and doesn't sit flat). So we bought it and tried again. The correct way to do this is to put the mounting clip in the right place on the helmet, stick it on and leave it overnight. Then it'll be properly fastened around the entire perimeter and your receiver will go in and out - not easy, but coming out. When you put the handset on first, the clip sticks out from the back. Lesson learned and now we have a spare mounting clip (two included).
