TL:DR – Works great with hand tools when properly fitted. Won't withstand an impact wrench. (Original - 9 Sep 2021, 4 Stars) As I said in the title, it works great when assembled properly. I've been spoiled by the hydraulic expander in the past, so changing dies/collets to go from one size to another is a nuisance. However, it works fine. He doesn't really like 14g tubes, but he will. I didn't use a percussion gun. Just a wrench or socket/ratchet. If you don't have a 28mm handy, 1-1/8" will do. Now for the incorrect assembly. The reviewers' photos show the bearings from the die/collet side and mine arrived the same way. The bearings should be of its BOLT SIDE as in the product photos.This should be clear to any competent mechanic I think, but then again we should also be able to open the box and use the tool without having to fix an assembly error.===== ======= ========(Update - September 15, 2021, 2 Stars) I've used it before with a percussion gun and found a soft bolt, pretty beat up The news is I got the Got specs of the screw. It's a 3/4-16 thru/no-thru gauge, 4.5" long. The bad news is the screw is a 3/4-16 fully threaded, which is hard to unscrew Finding is I haven't found it yet I'll carve howling rod with a nut on the end.
