Really works! Read the troubleshooting tips for a tray that is not recognized.

Received my plastic card tray today and immediately tried to use it with my Canon TS8120. However, every time I put the tray in, the printer just spat it out and said I needed to put the tray in! Very upset! I read about the little aluminum squares on the tray on the Brainstorm website and checked that they were there and looked intact. I've compared a PVC card tray to a CD printer tray and they are virtually identical in shape (except one holds CDs and the other PVC cards). I tried suggesting sliding the tray another 1/2 inch/cm but that didn't work. Confused, I went back and looked very closely at the tray and noticed that it had a small, clear, circular sticker on it. right aluminum square, on top of PVC card slot. There are also small clear round stickers on the bottom of the tray over the aluminum bits, but these appear to be designed to hold the aluminum bits in place. I took a risk and carefully removed the small transparent sticker. Put the tray back in and everything worked straight away! You can see my very first prints in the attached photos - they look amazing, the photos don't do it justice! (Ignore my fingerprints/smudges on them, oops! That's my fault!) The Brainstorm PVC ink cards and this tray are amazing, I'm so impressed! β™₯
